Vancouver's Chambar restaurant. A Belgian restaurant with an overrated hype or a decadent first dinner?

And Kim I'd want to learn how to make Bolognese sauce, risotto and polenta (grilled and soft)!

Here's a question for everyone. If you could take a private cooking lesson from a real Italian Mama, what would you want her to teach you?

Mercato Centrale, Florence's most famous food market is a must for any food lover, as is La Boqueria in Barcelona! Fresh fruit, vegtables, meats, tapas... anything and everything to make your taste buds water!

Okanagan Eats: Cabana Grille

There was not one Canadian restaurant on the top 100 best restaurants of the world! This restaurant doesn't support my case but beginning in two weeks I'll be exploring great Canadian restaurants during my trip to Vancouver and in the gorgeous summertime in the Okanagan Valley!

Okanagan Valley boasts some of the best food and scenery you'll ever see. But did you know that the restaurants are hurting due to new BC drinking and driving laws and the lack of tourist dollars during the off season?

I prefer reviewing the local restaurants as opposed to any chains because they really don't need the help.
