Here are mine!
BBQ intestines in the Philippines
Nyoma Choma (crispy roasted pork from Tanzania)
Chilli crabs from home, Singapore
A plain and simple Spanish tomato toast
Indian nasi briyani
Ay food, what would travel be without food!

speaking of full english breakfasts - another one of my favorite (and absolutely unhealthy!) foods is the irish breakfast roll, which consists of sausages, egg, rashers and ketchup, all smushed into a bread roll. instant hangover cure!

I'm with you on EVERYTHING in Paris!! :-) I also love:
Russian-German food in Germany
Seafood chowder in Ireland
Cevapi (sausages) in Bosnia
And I try to have roast chicken in every country. Oddly the only place I was disappointed by that choice was Paris! :-)
