Mm, I'd have to say salmon with tomatoes, goat cheese, scallions and Tabasco green sauce. :-)

I have a great obsession for Omelette's too, I love sunny side up a lot, and omelette's with onions and tomato is my fav, the best i had was in Phuket, Thailand, So far i have tried omelette from sub continent and in south east Asia, Looking forward to taste more versions in other countries. Welcome to WanderPost

The best I've ever had was in El Nido, the Philippines. It was a pretty basic egg, tomato, onion and garlic omelette, but they also put some kind of amazing melted cheese inside that just KILLED me....I seriously could have eaten multiple omelettes in a row some mornings!
