About My Site: My name is Dave Dunn, and I’m addicted to traveling. There, I said it. I feel better now.

Although I’ve been traveling since I was young, with yearly trips down south with my family and then to more urban areas as my brother & I got older, it wasn’t until I started hearing from friends who were traveling through Europe in 2001 that I truly got hit with the travel bug.

While working my first job out of school, I used my first paid vacation days to travel to Italy for 10 days in 2002. Experiencing the enjoyment of being in an airport, seeing new cities, and meeting new people has stuck with me ever since. After that first trip to Italy, I went back to Europe for two weeks that same year, and then again in 2005. I’ve traveled to the west & east coasts of Canada, to various resorts in Mexico, a cruise through the Caribbean, weekends in New York City & Las Vegas, and to Australia in 2009.

This blog will highlight some of my past adventures, as well as current travels as I continue to explore the World.

Who knows what’s in store for me as I grow older, but the one thing you can count on is that it will involve a fair amount of traveling!
