At TBU Innsbruck we are going to introduce yet another first for a travel blogging conference. We are going to make it easy for Travel Bloggers and PRs to connect our brand new "Pitch to PR" networking room.
To reflect demand from the travel industry, the name has been changed to "Pitch to Industry" networking room.
After our last conference in Manchester, it was apparent that there is greater potential for travel bloggers and PRs to collaborate with each other. You told us that you sometimes find it difficult knowing how to approach PRs and that it can also be difficult to know how you can stand out from the crowd and get noticed in the first place. Well at TBU Innsbruck, we will help travel bloggers get noticed and act as a catalyst for collaboration.
On the first day of the conference, travel bloggers will learn how to work with PRs, how travel blogging can provide benefit to PRs and the best way to pitch to them as well. Separately PRs will learn (in their own sessions)just how to approach bloggers and how they can harness the advantages bloggers can provide their clients.
Then on day two of the conference, we'll be providing a dedicated room called the "Pitch to PR" networking room. This is the perfect opportunity for travel bloggers to put into practice what they learnt on day one from the PR workshops. Situated around the room at different tables will be the many PR firms attending the conference.

You'll get approximately 10 minute with each PR agency, which gives you plenty of time to pitch yourself and your ideas to them, whilst learning a little more about what they are looking for too. These PR agencies are here because they want to meet YOU. There will be a real cross section of travel based clients represented in the room and this is an opportunity that travel bloggers really shouldn't miss.
There are some tickets left, so act fast and buy yours today.
See you in Innsbruck!
