It is a massive honour to announce that Steve McCurry, one of the finest image makers in the world, will be appearing at TBU Umbria next month.

On Saturday 21st April, at TBU Umbria, the Region of Umbria will be hosting, 'Steve McCurry meets the Travel Bloggers', at the gorgeous Hotel Brufani in Perugia.  Mr McCurry will give a short talk and once a number of prizes have been given out, he will spend time mingling with delegates.  Chatting about photography and answering your questions.

I have grown up with National Geographic and it played a large part in my desire to travel and work in travel.  Like most people, I can remember the iconic image of the 'Afghan Girl' and those striking green eyes.  Therefore it is an incredible honour to welcome Mr McCurry to our conference and I am sure travel bloggers will learn a lot from him.
