TBU Umbria Accommodation

Accommodation for TBU Umbria is going to be a little bit different than previous conferences. This year we are actively encouraging you all to stay at the conference venue, which is the four star Valle di Assisi Hotel & Resort, situated just a few minutes from Assisi, in Umbria.

** PLEASE NOTE ** Demand for the conference is very high, as a result the hotel has sold out of all rooms priced at €60 per night. Please check for additional availability in the hotel and other hotels below.

Surrounded by it's own olive trees, sunflower fields & vineyards, with views of ancient hillside towns in the background, you'll find the Valle di Assisi to be a wonderfully relaxing venue for our conference.

There are a variety of facilities which you are welcome to make use of during your stay. These include:

The overall complex is split in two, with the hotel housing the conference rooms and two wings of hotel rooms + suites. Then a few minutes walk from the hotel is the resort part of the complex. This where you'll find most of the leisure facilities, including a bar + restaurant and some villas too!

The Hotel

This is where the conference takes place during the day and where we will have a buffet lunch on both days. Rooms range from standard and classic rooms, to the deluxe rooms and suites in a brand new wing of the hotel. They can all sleep two in a twin or double layout, with some having space to take a third bed!

4 Suites (sleep 2) - €110 per room per night

* All rooms have FREE WIFI and come with breakfast as well.

** Prices are PER ROOM per night, not per person. So the price is the same for 1, 2 or 3 (if possible) people to stay in the room.

The Valle di Assisi Hotel & Resort will be unable to help anyone who approaches them directly with availability, you will be directed back to TBU.

Other Hotels

There nearest town is Santa Maria degli Angeli, which is a 3 minutes drive from the hotel. This is where we expect any additional accommodation to be found. During the conference, there will be a FREE shuttle bus service to enable delegates to get to the hotel very easily.

We are waiting for hotel details and price information. This will be placed on here as soon as we receive it. When we get the rates for these hotels in Santa Maria, you will be required to book directly with them. You can of course approach hotels in the area yourself too.
